After the wedding James and I spent a few nights at Babbington House, which was lovely. July
I think this month will go down in history as my most memorable month of 2007! Not only did I end up meeting Prince William (no less) but I also got married to the love of my life, my childhood sweetheart, James. June
During the early part of June, I was involved in the photo shoot for the next Scottish Widows calendar. May
This has been a very busy month for me so far. At the start, I attended the film premier for Shilpa Shetty's new film A Life in a Metro. It was very exciting walking down the red carpet! I really enjoyed the film, it's not your typical Bollywood film - it's quite serious and deals with fate and relationships. Afterwards we went to the after show party at trendy new Indian restaurant www.tiffinbites.com. The following day was an early start as I was being interviewed in Edinburgh by The Scotsman. The journalist was asking me all about my work as the Widow and he took some photos of me too! Also in May, the new Scottish Widows TV ad has been on air. It's quite exciting as I'll be watching my favourite TV show and then suddenly see myself on the screen! My fiancée James thinks it's great and teases me about it.. April
I worked on a Principles catwalk shoot this month, at their flagship store on Regent Street. With only three months to go, I also really had to up the pace on my wedding plans this month. What with buying mine and the bridesmaids dresses, choosing colour schemes and flower arrangements, I was running around a lot trying to sort it all out! I also started my blog on www.youandyourwedding.co.uk and I'll be updating it every week until the wedding so you can catch up with the latest wedding goss on there. March
The month started with the New Woman magazine show at The Savoy Hotel in London which was fun! The hotel is very posh. I was modelling clothes on their catwalk at an event especially designed for their readers. Towards the end of the month, I found out that the Scottish Widows TV ad - which I appeared in - had been short listed for the gold award at the Money Marketing Awards. We did win, which was fantastic and meant that I got to meet the adorably cheeky Jimmy Carr as he was giving out the awards! February
I was quite busy doing various catwalk shows this month. Besides working on a few Jenny Packman shows, I also worked with Next on their new spring/summer collection and filmed some footage which will go up on their website within the next few weeks. Scottish Widows also secured an interview with the Mail on Sunday Property Section, which then appeared on. It felt a bit odd being in a national newspaper in my ordinary 'day' clothes and not in the cape, but it was great as quite a few family and friends said they'd spotted me! January
This month we launched the 2007 calendar for Scottish Widows. A photographer called David Boni won the contract back in December and so far over 500 journalists and celebrities have requested a copy. I feel honoured to be on that many people's walls! 2006
